My visits to PL / YGND have always had an "understanding". The flat fee covers the handshake. We talk about other things and tips. No one has ever complained or declined to see me. You are fine. BTW, if she talks about tips, it is a total price. $200 is $200 not $140+$200.

For FS I add a 160 tip to make it an even 300 total; for a nice sloppy BBBJ I add 60 to make it an even 200 total (with fiv and daty maybe add an extra 20); and, for a HJ with tits out I tip 20 to 40 depending on the quality to make it 160--180 total.
