Traffic stops open the door to other violations for LEO. They run your license plate and drivers license and they can find warrants out on you or for someone in your car. If they smell alcohol or weed then they can test you for being under the influence, then search your car for possible violations. Beware probably the majority of the SW's carry drug paraphernalia on them and if stopped some will drop the stuff under your seat, in the floor board or down next to the door. Always check your car after dropping them off! Good hunting! Stay safe.
