Not a lawyer, but the fine line for entrapment is encouragement. Whether the cop *encouraged* or simply *allowed* you to commit the crime. If they simply text once and ask if you are coming, likely not entrapment. If they text multiple times &/ or be pushy about it, that would likely cross the line into entrapment.

Is it just me, but the women pretending, or as the courts refer to it as role-playing, are they basically game as long as you continually initiate and reinitiate the correspondence through text? I. e. Let's say you send an initial text. She responds. We correspond a bit, you know how it goes. We set a meet. I go silent when it comes time to meet. In my experiences those I've met will text to ask if we're still hanging out; though there have been but a few who did not send a follow-up text when they did not hear back from me.
