Just curious what you pay these UTR girls for reference.

It depends. With two of them it's 40-60 per meet, 2 or 3 times per week each, with each meet up being an hour or so. The third one though I've known for a long time, she's a retired escort, and it's more of a FWB situation by this point. Half the time she never even asks for any money, we hang out once a week, have dinner, watch netflix, and then have sex. Once in a while she'll ask me to pay her phone bill (like maybe 4 or 5 times per year).
