This is how the law works. This is why we have so many lawyers in this country. This is why even an illegal immigrant can get a license to practice in this country. It is also why I would never go into a courtroom without my own representation.

Legal statures are purposely filled with twist and turns, loop holes and traps, and hidden confusing legal terms that prevent the common man from getting the slightest chance at justice.

Note, the underline section in the following paragraph:

(b) PROMOTING PROSTITUTION.—[i]A person who knowingly promotes prostitution of another commits a misdemeanor or felony as provided in subsection (c) of this section. The following acts shall, without limitation of the foregoing, constitute promoting prostitution.[i]

The whole statue leaves a lot open to interpretation. The phase, “Promoting Prostitution,” is meant to be vague and nicely replaces the more specific term, “Pimp.” It would be a lot easier to deny being a Pimp and very difficult for the average person to defend promoting prostitution. Just the fact that most of us believe prostitution should be legalized could be considered promoting prostitution.

What happens if a girl gives me a free ride in gratitude for all of the conversations I have brought her way by sharing information here? All of the prostitution and sex for money business is a bunch of crap. Paying for sex is done by married people but they have no problem, is it because they have a Marriage license? (1), (2) and (3) in the code would not apply here.

(4) or (5) would be the closest thing to applicable, but how does one prove cause and effect. That the act did in fact occur? That one was directly and intentionally strumming up business for a lady? (I guess this is why being a "shill" is a bad idea?)

(6) and (7) again not applicable her.

As to your concern with (8) - OK, it would be a stretch. How does LE prove that one who posted about a date received a benefit. Your point about what is a benefit is spot on. Me thinks it is defined somewhere in the code and must have a monetary value to it. Thus the state has to show the monetary value of Free advice posted on a message board? If they can do that and there is real value, then the experienced mongers should be selling their info and setting up Mongering Universities!

The one thing you get right is that if LE wants to get you, they will find a way. LE can always charge you and cause you to be outed in the public record. They don't have to convict in many cases, just arrest you. But solicitation is a minor offense, so it does not warrant a lot of LE resources. Oh sure there will be sting operations but those need to collar a large number of offenders to justify the manpower.

Usually I'm fairly cautious, but in this case the risk seems negligible. Perhaps there is another view or experience that would change my opinion? I'd be interested to hear it.

1. I just had to go back to see what was misleading. I checked each photo carefully and saw nothing misleading. There were some UGHs on the floor and as far as I know it was cold on the Avenue. I then checked the narrative, informative and creative. Ah Ha perhaps here lies the misleading point "You're so big, This may have been stretching the point however how am I to know and prefer not to.

2. The pictures are very welcome. I have missed Cookie's work and remember his arrays of about 30 photos so whatever number goes up (the more the better) is ok with me.

3. Location is nice but absolutely not needed. I'm usually content to be updated on activity, rip offs, great times and know that whatever occurred yesterday and where it may or may not have occurred has little to do with today.

4. Capt. Quickdraw keep up the good work. You're filling an important need.

My point is what's the use of clogging up this thread with excessive photos if we don't know where or if the girl is working. Philadelphia is a huge city.
