Hi Blackbone! I waited around because her reviews, though meager, were very positive so I really wanted to see her. Plus I traveled 20 miles to get there so I didn't want to just turn around and leave. Haha. Yeah, sorry if I sounded psycho with the disappointed to sad to angry. My anticipation was high and this was actually the ONLY time I've ever been no-showed so I was I was in disbelief. Plus, remember it was a 40 mile round trip and I waited almost 2 hours.

The reason I kept trying to contact her was that I wanted to post my experience on the hobbyist boards (like this one) but hesitated since I didn't know why she no-showed on me. Maybe she had a good reason. I wanted to give her every chance to explain herself before I posted my negative experience. Unfortunately, she didn't explain herself well. I saw that Kandice was in Los Angeles so I texted her asking for a 5 pm appointment. She responded fairly quickly with a "yes. " I was so happy I finally scored an appt time with this well reviewed lady and was REALLY looking forward to our session. According to her ad, she was in Culver City, about 20 miles from where I live.

At about 3:45 pm I texted her I was about to hit the road and asked her for a location. She responded "yes love," but then didn't text me any location. I thought I'd just better take off, because with Los Angeles traffic, it could take me an hour to get there and I didn't want to be late. So I drove myself to some random part of Culver City. I arrived about 4:40 pm. She texted me a couple more times in the car asking me to let her know when I was "close. " I let her know I finally arrived in Culver City. She then texted me a hotel address which was on the OTHER side of Culver City so I had to rush a few miles to get there. I wish she had at least given me a location close to actual address before I left the house so I didn't have to rush. But still, I didn't hold any of this against her as I was just looking forward to our session.

I parked at the hotel at 5:03. Not too late at all considering the circumstances. I texted I was there and she texted "ok 10 min please. " After I texted "got it," her FINAL text to me was "ty" (thank you).

So I walked into the lobby of the hotel and waited in the lounge area expecting her to text me her room number in 10 minutes. So I waited. And waited. And waited. I'm a patient guy so I waited 45 minutes then texted: "Kandice, how's it going? Are you all right?" I waited another 30 minutes and texted her again. : "Kandice, I am still waiting in the lounge. Are you okay?" Still no response.

At the 90 minute mark I texted her "Kandice, have you decided you don't want to see me? I can wait only 15 more minutes and then I'm afraid I'll have to leave. ".

Finally after 1 hour and 45 minutes I texted her "Kandice, I'm so sorry it didn't work out. I was really looking forward to seeing you. I'm taking off now. I hope you are all right. " At this point, I was still willing to forgive her if she had texted me back. But again, no response.

After driving 20 miles back home, I went from deeply disappointed to sad to angry. I texted her once more that I was tempted to immediately share my experience on the hobbyist boards but hesitated because I didn't know what happened. Maybe she had a very good reason for being a no show. Still no response.

On Monday July 11, I texted her a final time: "Kandice I still haven't heard back from you on why you noshowed on me Saturday, July 9, 5 pm. " A few hours later, she finally responded, 48 hours after no-showing me. Her verbatim text was:

"Because something happened. I'm not obligated to explain. Get over it. Shit happens. ".

Well, I agree she isn't obligated to go into details about what happened. So I don't know. Maybe something really bad happened and she just wasn't able to text me back for a couple of days. Oddly, her ad was still being updated, but maybe her manager / booker was doing that automatically.

Maybe she was having a bad day when she texted me her final response. We're all human. But I don't know.

I'm just really sorry the whole experience ended on such a sour note.

Heck, I know of a BBFS nuru chick who will add an extra 30 minutes to your 1 hour appointment, if she's ever late, or flakes. Most of the better service providers will feel bad for being late and make it up to you on your next visit. Get over it? Her attitude sucks. Learn from this experience, dude.
