I think the scan is to make sure you're over the required age. A lot of liquor stores also do it to me, even though I'm well into my 50's.

My information's dated, but I used to go there fairly often back in their first year or two. There were a variety of girls, but few seemed to last. My favorites kept getting fired or supposedly temporarily suspended; I never knew any of them to come back. Most of the time it was pretty empty until 10 PM or so, and most of the girls wouldn't show up until the dances got pricier. The last time I was there, though, it was in the afternoon, the room was fairly full and they'd quite a few girls working. However, that time they also asked for my driver's license and swiped it through some sort of card reader. That + the random seeming price for entry + a young Philippina who tried to convince me that we did five songs when we only did three, inspired me to give the place up.

Any info on the girls up at gold fingers. Before everyone blast this post saying go to Tijuana I have no interest in going south of the border. I just want to know the quality of the girls and how busy they get. Thanks fellas.

So last night went out exploring and went to Cheetahs and Pure Platinum. Two different places and vibes.

The most interesting place I've been in SD has been Les Girls. Its worn, hit or miss on whether there's anyone of interest working any given night, and its only open at night, 9:00 pm - 2:00 am, I think. Admission is cheap, dances are cheap, girls aren't walking around asking for tips (you actually have to go to the desk and request time with a particular girl), and dances are in private rooms. My idea of good time probably differs from a lot a people's, I'm not a drinker, for instance, but I've had some interesting times there, interesting in a good way. Not every time, but often enough to go back every once in a while.

Oh yeah it sucked donkey balls to be in a strip club sober. Smh. But I sat there and just took it all in. Each girl seemed to have a different price list for their dance session. I actually had dances with two ladies. Neither one names were memorable as I went to the other club and had a few drinks. The one think I will mention is the second girl was new from mexico but damn she was fine. Only one problem. Her right guard was giving me a left hook. Pure platinum the girls pretty much left me the hell alone. Threw a few ones and got a couple drinks. Spoke to three girls not much to speak about on that one.

It looks like Eyecandy Showgirls in Chula Vista was finally shut down, but it happened before I could learn from my favorites if they knew where they might be working next. Although their website says they're going to go to court about this, for now. Shut. Does Anyone know anything about Roxxy and where she might be working now? Thanks. Guess I should have done some research before going in. It was $10 for the "Theater. " I was thinking in terms of MBO, where the "Theater" has real live, and hot, and nasty, strippers. What I got was about 4 screens of so-so porn, being watched by a handful of guys jerking off in the seats.

That's interesting. I assumed that since the actual Mitchell brothers themselves are long gone, none of their theatres survive. I have been to the one in San Francisco, but it was decades ago. And you're right, the Jolar theatre is nothing like it.

I also did not understand that you were talking about the movie theatre inside Jolar, which is $10 for 4 hours with 4 screens of movies. I've been talking about the live girls in glass booths there, which is $20 for (I think) 10 minutes.

Yes, it must be the same Pearl. I said she was "young," but now that you've got me thinking, I first met her there about seven years ago, and she was not new to the place at that time. So maybe she's thirty-ish, but she still looks like she's just out of her teen years.
