Let me know if that "board meeting" happens during the day. Haven't been in awhile. That'd be a great reason to go.

The ladies are beginning to thin out at Jakes. Georgia is still there a few days a week, and she's bringing along a curvy little dark haired friend by the name of Marie. But Jayden is gone now, and from what I gather, will NEVER be back. I know many of us had heard that one before, and the banned girl suddenly shows back up a few days or weeks later. Don't think her transgressions in this case will permit that this time, however.

The only night shifter still coming in (some times!) is Kitten. Everyone else is fired, gone, abducted by aliens, who knows. If Kitten's a no-show, however, Jake closes down by 7:30 PM, just in case you were planning an evening visit. Pays to call ahead now.

Oh, and Stormy is still on days. Good old reliable Stormy. If she ever quits, Jake's in a hell-of-a-pickle.

I dropped in Tuesday for a head count.

Kitten was working. Also a new girl I didn't know. She was short and a little heavier than kitten.

They said Stormy and Georgia are the only ones working days.

Jake was awake and holding down the bar so I left soon.
