When I was in Pittsburgh I found no one who interested me in the massage parlors. Your closest option is probably Philadelphia -- still mostly Chinese or occasionally Korean women, but on Ludlow Street or Avenue there was one AMP-like shop with (gasp!) young Caucasian women.
