So I was passing through Pittsburgh on my way to a job in the middle of PA and decided to stop at Kyoto. I was the only guest when I arrived. Greeted by mama and met Sasha or Shishi, not sure. My guess is late 40's, early 50's but good shape for age, though she was older than I am. I did find the experience to be pretty rushed and mechanical.
