Whoa! I thought shit like this only happened in porn flicks. I stopped by early afternoon, Since this was my first time I was unfamiliar with how the process worked. For a tip of .5 Bianca the front desk attendant was kind enough to give me a few pointers. I purchased an adult theater ticket for .19 (12 hr ticket) and was told there were two couples back there.

Since this was my first time so I was a bit shy and didn't know how to approach them, in addition there were about 7 guys back there which made me uncomfortable. Soon after I purchased the ticket the couple left. I headed up front and the attendants reassured me that later on that evening more couples will arrive. I went home and returned around 10 pm. This time there were quite a few couples and single women, there was also double the amount of guys. Once I got comfortable I started interacting with people and ended up.

Getting full service with see from a single lady and one couple. Overall it was a decent experience. The negatives are the amount of guys that show up, As soon as a female would show up all guys would gravitate towards them like vultures, however most females seemed like they were down regardless. The smell in the theater was also god awful. Pros: Decent females, I saw two really good looking ones the rest were average to butt ugly. However, You have your choice with them for the most part. The absolute best part was I received all of this for the super low price of .19. You just can't beat this. Would highly recommend!

Here is me recently this week at FL1.

I have gotten lucky a few times since going. This one let me take a nice photo as she sucked me off and caught it all and swallowed.

And then there was this one time on a Saturday night, there was a couple in the gloryholes and the girl was amazing. She must have been in her early twenties. She dies her hair a bright pink. Very attractive. She was servicing guys and I asked if I could go in the room with her instead so I can pop one in her mouth. But most of the time the ladies that come in that place are old hags so you got to sift through that. I only like clean young white girls myself.

I do not know if these are at all legit seeing as some of the groups that host these type of parties do not have any updates of the sort.

I love group fun and gang bangs as well as theater play, but so many ads all at once send up a red flag in my mind, maybe it is nothing.

There are three different ads on craigslist right now asking for people to go to Fantasy Land on Lois Avenue.

They say they want men their for group fun and other activities like role play. Starting at the following times; Noon, 2PM, 9PM.

What you say is certainly true. And I should probably clarify that I have no intention of investing in an adult theater -- for the reasons you mention and more. But if I were to go into this line of work, I'd do it big and I'd do it right, and I do believe it would be *possible* to make a successful go of it with some smart decisions. (Relying on DVD sales to drive your profitability ain't one of them. It's time to rethink that business model.)

Basically, I'm just playing off the idea that some people might have been shocked -- shocked! -- to learn that the adult theater in Brandon is already closed after only a few months. Bad location, inadequate facility and, from what I read, an undeveloped sales strategy were just three of the factors.

These types of places have been struggling lately. What I hear you talking about is an on premise swinger club like Night Moves II. Several of these places have been closed down recently. Since they're not breaking any laws that allow them to arrest people, they're chasing them with BS zoning laws, etc. You have to be very careful where you open something like this, otherwise you'll be always fighting a battle of some sort.

It's all about market penetration ... no pun intended.
