I believe this place is operated by the same owners as a spa on Miramar Rd near the BBQ place. That place always used to be a 40/40 kinda place. Now likely 60/40+.

The place is called A New You. Last time I visited there were 1-2 Chinese ladies around their 40's. Standard massage with a mediocre HJ. Nothing to brag about and I wouldn't recommend.
