Seriously though I think this might be a little marketing technique. I've been told "You so strong!" "So handsome" And when they ask my age and I tell them I've heard "Nooooo. Not true. ".

At my age its nice to get some female compliments even if they are BS.

Every so often though over the years something unscripted has been said or done. Less so these days perhaps but I have some amazing memories.

There are many variables that determine your level of service with a provider hence the term, YMMV. If you go to an FS place (like MRC) and ask for a HJ, most providers aren't going to be happy. They are used to making FS tips for every hhr / hr massage they do, so when you go in and take up their time but only want HJ they are losing money they potentially might be getting from other clients. Whether I agree with this is besides the point but that's how most AMP providers will look at it.
