At one hour, your provider will expect an extra tip. Depending on the provider, they may expect extra (some indeterminate amount) for MSOG. Trying to do my homework and while researching Flanders, noted that their house fee (along with some other establishments) is much higher than what appears to be the normal house fee of. 60 per hour. Is there a reason for this? Is there any correlation between the house fee and the level of service! Thank you in advance!
