This is a good practice. For me it's $160 to start, $180 for a good overall session, $200 for a good overall session where they take a load in the mouth.

I 2nd this, only I also take into account the session time.

30 min session: 140- 180.

60 min +: 160 - 220.sometimes more tbh.

90 min +: 200 - 300.

Obviously you can pay whatever you want, but this is wha the really happens in most cases.
