The thought came to mind when a suspicious looking vehicle with a couple guys inside was parked near a shop I have never visited before for a long period of time. I would imagine something like that would have to be way more discreet.

I'm not going to disclose where it was at in case they're reading this. I'll just say it's not an AMP anybody here has ever discussed so I think we're all good.

I saw something like this some 20 years or more ago.

I doubt LEO would do something like that but where I live in Charlotte, NC we had a guy right before the pandemic hit that would stakeout our most famous AMP and take pictures of guys going into the AMP and take pictures of license plates and post it on his facebook group.
