There is not a best hotel or place because they move around. Just like you do. They're everywhere. It's not about WHERE you look, it is about HOW you do it:

Here's what I suggest:

Start after midnight. Later is better. 2 am,4 am they are out there. Go to Circle Bar in NYNY. You will see BCGs working in pairs. You might see others. Keep moving around. Check the bridges to Excalibur and MGM. In a casino, sit at the end of one of the bars in an obvious place. By yourself. Watch for them. Make eye contact and smile. It's just like real life. If you try eye contact and she looks away then she's not interested. If you get any negative vibe from a woman you approach then keep moving until you find a friendly one. If she locks on to your eyes then approach and start talking. It works. You can spot them. At slots, at bars, on the overpasses, they move around just like you do.

Found what I think was a hot little number at Wynn / Encore. Gave the smile and it was returned but I was on my way to gamble not play. Ended up making a profit and ended bumping into her again. Bought her a drink and eventually she threw out a number I was not willing to pay even though it was money won. I have found every casino on the strip has them working. The better the casino, the better quality (7-8's). But with quality, comes price. Most have a decent selection for a reasonable price if you're okay with a 5-6's. Wander around the casino floor, make eye contact. Most don't come out until 10 PM. Also you can hangout on the walkway bridges and catch them as the come and go. Read the forum so you're familiar with current prices and known scams. Good luck!
