Not doing' nuttin' just walkin' down the street. However, when lookin' to meet someone for a poetry reading, maybe music lessons, the pedestrian looks right at the driver. I mean directly, eagle eye, usually with a "come hither" look. If the eye contact is made and both parties are up for a party, well then, Let's have a party!
