I saw a really nice looking mid 20's gypsy girl by goldenrod and 50. She had a sign collecting donations for a kids kidney transplant or something? Another older lady was there on the other side of the intersection. Does anyone know if they work? They hardly speak any English. I tried to talk with them to see if they needed any help.

LOL I doubt it. True story about four months ago coming off 408 west I got off on jyp. Seen a "panhandler" with sign. Said her name was Brooklyn. The time I reported was near goldenrod and 50. I saw her when I was driving past Semoran / Old Cheney then I picked her up again this morning goldenrod /50. She sucks a decent dick. Gives good effort. Not sure if she dies drugs or just drinks, she was drunk again at 10 am this morning.
