The only time this part of town wasn't hit or miss was when the trailer park on Dean was active. That was like 5 years or so years ago now, though. That was an easy score with multiple girls always out and there were several that were really cool. You just drove right up and got a girl right off the bat. I used to go on my lunch break then again after work!! I haven't hit this part of town lately as it is off my beaten path now, but I do always remember that after the trailer park got cleaned up (there were literally like 25 cop cars there the day it went down) tuning my radio to the news or sports talk and settling in for an hour or so of cruising hoping to get lucky which many times didn't occur.
