I think the main thing is to be clear but also to make them feel comfortable. All the girls know what the others do, but they don't like it when clients are rude about it. So I'd say go to your favorite girl, tell them what you want, and then see who she knows with the same menu who she likes working with.

Theoretically yes, but the girls need to really like each other and be comfortable. I think if you have a girl you like, asking who they like to do doubles with is the best bet. Since most of the GH girls are duds (IMO), I wouldn't just rush into it without a prior client relationship.

Every polite request has been meet with "Hell Yess". Now I've know her awhile and I'm a known respectful client, and the menu has opened up a lot over the years.
