Called her the other day. Her demeanor was a lot like Effy's. Fast talking, a little sarcastic, seemed friendly enough, but had a little more thug-ish style to her that made my spiders senses tingle just a little bit, so I decided I better not. I know providers use filters, and yep that sucks because they never look as nice as those filtered pics.
