Mike is indicating that the lady or her pimp are posting the comments / reviews. If its not obvious enough from the posts and the fact that the two posters have 2 or 3 posts in total, when you click on the link to craigslist, instead of the craigslist ad, you get the log-in page of Craigslist. What do YOU mean? LOL.

Yeah, I found her MM profile, OF, and Instagram. The fact that she has an OF is making me think there's at least a possibility that it's actually her. Still waiting for a response after the initial email exchange. I have a suspicion that if it is actually her that her rates are going to be high, and of course there's the question of if her performance would actually warrant the price. That's why I was hoping someone had actually seen her and could comment on her performance.
