If she moves in and then alleges domestic violence she can get an order of protection granting her exclusive control of the apartment unit. Then, she can star providing out of the apartment and the originally lessor cannot object, or risk an arrest for an order of protection violation. Thus, by her obtaining an order of protection and paying the rent still to the original lessor of the apartment, it insulates the lessor against legal liability for running a criminal enterprise or house of prostitution. The legal system granted her control of the apartment so even if she get busted, the lessor cannot be charged as it precludes same due to the court taking control away from the lessor.

If she was working out of your apartment or house you'd catch a felony for operating house of prostitution if she ever gets busted. You'd have to lay out some real ground rules of not letting her work out of the house but I think even if she's getting picked up at your place by clients and doing the deed elsewhere you'd probably still get hit with that charge. I don't think I'd risk it. Not to mention. You're always taking a risk for getting a roommate from online if you don't personally know the person, she could be a drug addict and decide to steal all your stuff while you are asleep or at work.

You fuckin said it. No way in hell I'm moving a rub and tug into my spare bedroom. Her only hope is to find a schmuck ass white knight, that thinks Her business is legit.
