With all the positive talk about Bunni I had to find out for myself. Had an appointment with her today and all the hype about her is real. If she moves in and then alleges domestic violence she can get an order of protection granting her exclusive control of the apartment unit. Then, she can star providing out of the apartment and the originally lessor cannot object, or risk an arrest for an order of protection violation. Thus, by her obtaining an order of protection and paying the rent still to the original lessor of the apartment, it insulates the lessor against legal liability for running a criminal enterprise or house of prostitution. The legal system granted her control of the apartment so even if she get busted, the lessor cannot be charged as it precludes same due to the court taking control away from the lessor.
