I'd say Wackos, then Emperor's. I haven't been to Sins or Centerfolds in a good while, so I can't comment on how things are currently going there.

Definitely several good looking women dancing, including some with amazing pole dancing skills.

I even tipped because the show was awesome, not just to get close to them. (Though yeah, it was a side benefit!)
