Cave Creek and Bell is way north. This is around 40th St and Thunderbird and that area ain't so good. I saw some meth heads imagining some guy in a truck at Frys was oogling his gf and they wanted to start a fight with him. Nevermind that he was sitting in his car waiting for his wife. Bombed out Corolla with broken windows and they are worried about some guy staring at his girl? I skip that Fry's and don't stop around there typically.
