I think you should just go with whatever club you've liked in the past.

In the current situations, if you like a high percentage of latinas, go with Chicas.

If you like black and latina dancers, go with Essex after 9 PM on a night with drink specials. For example, Wednesday nights after 9 PM there are dollar drinks on a listed menu. If you're OK with house brands, then you're good to go. You'll get quality dances in the $10 area.

If you like a variety of black, cuban and white dancers with quality dances, go to Bandaids. There is also the neighborhood bar atmosphere in the bar area where you can strike up conversations with passing dancers. Just make eye contact. Drink specials on most nights until Midnight.

If you like black dancers and making it rain on stage, go to V Live.

Of course, you can always do a tour of several clubs.

DN is probably referring to.

1) the ID checks at Bandaids (and sister club Essex) which include taking your picture. This means that if you misbehave, you will be banned from both clubs. Sister club Hi Liter has not taken this step. It should be noted that Jaguars has a similar system in use at night.

2) the tightening of the touch rules at Chicas as they prepare for a new liquor license. Because of a breach in alcohol regulations / law years ago, they lost their full bar license and can only serve bottled alcoholic beverages.

I was playing a round of tonsil hockey in my favorite club last week and I realized I hadn't filed a report for awhile.

I mentioned previously that I had a slow period at the clubs. Partly due to work issues but I was and am also pursuing OTC meet ups with mixed success. My outlook toward the clubs reverted when I celebrated my birthday in late June at my favorite club. I had two of my fave dancers show me the error of my ways, taking turns from each side massaging my fermion and my Yukawa Couplings, causing my fermion to increase mass. The three of us made for some interesting contrasts. On one side was a pleasantly thick asian with C cups and on the other side was a dark fit beauty with A cups and I was in the middle of this Hadron collider. But enough about the Standard Model of physics.

For a while I was making regular stops at Essex and there were some hot dancers there. Occasionally I'd make a stop at Chicas. This year's dancer selection at Chicas rarely spark my interest. I'd stop by and look things over, speculate on which seated person was DN and leave. However one day in July I ordered a beverage at the bar, turned to observe the dancer on the main stage and immediately developed a stiffy. It was a former fave and we got together as she finished her stage set. We had dances but she now uses an obscure subset of modern math that employs some form of quantum mechanics to arrive at a final number of dances. For example, I count four dances but she announces it's actually seven. I recently dropped by Chicas and it was all ho hum. Pretty dull.

Leaving Chicas I'd sometimes drop by Minks because I was giving Essex a rest for awhile. Minks is a complete crap shoot. Never seemed to be the same group of dancers. Probably because the place doesn't draw much of a crowd in the evening. This place seems very open to new dancers. On the other hand, dancers report the place nickel and dime's the dancers, expecting house payouts in a variety of ways. That and the sparse number of customers means high dancer turnover. Often I'd just finish the night at Bandaids. Summer doldrums at all the clubs spur dancers to move around looking for the busy club that isn't there.

Here's a couple of news notes and observations.

My sources tell me that:

The August 4 hearing related to Centerfolds is rescheduled to October 4.

The same sources say the interior of Centerfolds is ready.

The Pink Rhino interiors have been redone but the owners are waiting for decisions from the city.

Observations:

There was a large "for sale" banner on the fence of the closed Fox's for most of the summer. It probably blew off in a summer dust storm.

Field Reports.

Because of DN's masterful sleuthing skills and reporting, I went by Christie's on 32nd Street on a Thursday evening a couple weeks ago. Still closed.

The Exodus "Cultural Center" appears to be closed. Been that way for perhaps 4 or 5 months.

This place is a bit run down and tiny but the servers and bar tenders are cute and tend to wear sexy outfits, the shows starts around 1:00 am and involves between 1-5 dancers on skimpy outfits in top of the bar, no nudity at all but its not bad. One can either tip them at the bar or request a table / chair dance for a $20. The show is Tuesdays, and Friday through Sunday. Although I most warn you, they only play banda music, it's a hispanic bar, they do have a live band some nights but they want $20 per song request so I avoid that. Also dollar shot during the show but its bottom shelf stuff, and the show its not always great. For some pics of the place look them up on Instagram. P.S. I noticed the T&A that was on McDowell is now going to be Bunny's and seems to be getting some work done.

FYI. I did noticed today when I was at Chicas this older lady in street clothes walking around the club and telling customers to not touch the dancers. This was around 6 pm.

One dancer caught my attention. She was a tiny white spinner with glasses (OMG) wearing a dental floss gstring. Anyone know her? She is at the top of my dance card for the next visit.

Thanks for the heads up. I signed the petition (follow link at end of article). It doesn't make sense that a guy with his arm immobilized by elbow surgery ends up beaten to death. Training includes proper restraint techniques, deescalation techniques, anticipating and defusing a situation so that restraint can be avoided. Almost all wives would like to have their husbands come home alive and most innocent bystanders would prefer to not catch a stray punch or a bullet.
