I had some time to kill on a Friday afternoon so I decided to stop in at HiLiter. I pulled into the parking lot and it was packed including the back dirt area all the way over to Highland. I knew there would be no tables available so I headed to tier 2 - Bandaids. I had to pay a cover but that's life. It was the usual group of heavyweights and one or two that were somewhat OK. I did get a couple of OK dances from a somewhat attractive little Latina. I decided to bail and one the way home I thought about Sugar 44 where my old friend China works (Wed-Fri). She is not the best looking but I have known her long enough that she gives me a LOT of opportunity to have fun. Every time I go in there the first girl to hit on me (and I always forget what she looks like) is the only one that wears pasties. She is not bad looking and always gets a dance out of me and she is never very good. I had one and I only had 20's so I handed it to her and she started to walk away. When I ask for change she acted surprised but gave it to me. China came down from VIP and spotted me and came right over. We talked for a while to catch up and I had a couple of dances before she had to go on stage. I was out of funds at that point so I headed out.

The last couple of times I have been to HL the girls seem to be restrictive as to what can be touched during a floor dance. The say the rules have always been there but they are now being enforced.

Wow I could have written your post. We have similar SC 'tracks'. I also am a good friend of China, known her for many years. A smart lady who spent her earnings wisely as opposed to many dancers who 'invest' in outfits, tats, drugs etc.
Don't know the girl with pasties, but do know several others as they also know where my wallet is!

This ad claims to give free rides to strip clubs. Then apparently claims a discount for entry fees to $10, which however I think could be a scam because it should never cost more than $10 to get in, ideally a strip club should be printing coupons in the New Times for free entry.

So anyway the ad goes on to say if five people then the fifth one will have his entry fee paid for free. So then of course how to get back home? I believe the bus starts running at 5 am and the light rail at 4 am so I think just stay there until about 4 am then get a one day bus card from Circle K and use it to get back.

We all know that nothing is truly FREE. I heard that the Christies in Tucson used to give the Taxi person 5 dollars per person from the club. So I believe that these Uber- Lyft ladies defiantly have an arrangement with these selected clubs. Either they're sharing the 10 with the club, or splitting it. Either way, not a bad deal for both parties involved. Or I should say ALL parties involved. And maybe. Just maybe these drivers are ex or present strippers or Escorts. This way they could imply or just come out and say if the men need additional companionship after the club, she's got it covered. MmmmmM.

Stopped in yesterday early afternoon returning from a trip up North. The place was devoid of customers and maybe 6-7 dancers. A couple of attractive AA's and the rest were 5-6's.
Sat at the bar and ordered a 'beverage'. I was soon approached by a '5-6' and endured the process of the "Hi what's your name" routine and was thinking of finishing my 'beverage' and leaving.
Then the dj announced "Eureka on stage next". Well this is the Filipina munchkin that I saw earlier this year. So I sat at the stage and visited with her. Ended up in VIP. She says she works every day (yeah right!)
Deal is $20 to enter and $25 per song. Rather extreme for a place with no customers. Anyway, did a few with her and was disappointed at her performance.
I live too far away to explore more talent here, but there must be a reason for so many dancers, so I will probably return at some point.

It goes down to demographics. The Phoenix area is heavily tilted red. Tucson has been hardcore blue for the past 4 decades plus. The Tucson scene is small and quality isn't as good as you'd find in bigger cities. I think the Airbase and University populate many of the Tucson clubs; hence their close proximity to those places.

Not sure what's going on with Phoenix. We used to be more of a fiscal conservative place, but LEO has been coming down so hard on the fun trade that Dallas, Austin, and Houston are better cities for fun than here.

Seems like the best places for fun are hardcore blue cities. One nice thing about Phx is how close we are to LA, Bay Area, and Vegas. Locals just need to be careful like Higgs says.

I don't think that demographics has anything to do with it. Like was touched on before, most strippers in Phx are part time. They have full time jobs and strip on the side. So that is part of the reason why you get the whole gf regular bar act out here. The men are to blame because they condone it. So even the ones that are full time copy the part time strippers with service. But overall both are lazy as hell. I'm sorry I'm not chasing a funky ass stripper to talk to in a strip club. Makes no sense.

So the dark secret out there is a lot of these PHX strippers LOVE coke. Easy to get extras if you have it, but myself personally I don't fuck with that. When I say I'm from Miami, they think cocaine cowboys. Once I tell them I'm not into that their attitude changes quick. So basically you got to treat them like a gf or have nose candy for faster transactions. This is not what I encounter with strippers from out of town they want those green backs no trades. Ha ha.

This has actually going on for about 4 or more years to my knowledge. I remember seeing BP ads for Paypal and other apps. The success rate isn't good because most of the escorts don't do it. I mean you pay first without seeing them and getting services? You would have to be a slow one to do this.

The city hearing regarding Centerfolds was supposed to happen in October. It was postponed and is now happening Dec 1 (tomorrow). My sources believe the city will put off making a decision until January or perhaps February. I met a dancer at Essex last night (Wednesday) who seemed very excited about the club reopening and claimed it would happen in January. We'll see.

Meanwhile, one of the signs in front of Centerfolds has been repaired and replaced. A couple of weeks ago there was a cable truck parked by the open front door.

I noticed the Christies' on Northern (formerly Pink) is fenced off and has a construction dumpster in front. The Christies' signs in front and at the parking lot entrance are intact. I checked the tea leaves but the reading was murky. No idea what these things might indicate.

I pulled up to Minks last night (Wednesday) around 8:30 PM to see an otherwise empty parking lot and a locked front door. All those relatively new flashing outside neon signs were ablaze. Lights are on but nobody's home. Two other vehicles pulled into the parking lot and left. I don't get the management of this club. Even with no dancers, surely they could have even one person open the place, serve some cheap beer, and play some canned music. I'll say more about my experience from last week in another post.

Earlier last evening I drove by the club that is near 37 Ave and McDowell. It's had various names. Currently the signs says Strokers and something about being a premier nude establishment. One car outside. Didn't stop.

When they ask you to send (wire) or what ever method the new scam is to send money, play their game!

Start asking them for personal info (full name, exact mailing address, birth date, phone number etc). Convincing them you will send the MONEY, but wanting to make sure it gets to the right place.

They are so naive, they think you are actually going to send it!

Then tell them you've made the transfer. Tell them you have an Email / receipt verification.

They will go ballistic trying to find out why it is NOT in their account!

Then end the fun by sending them a PICTURE of some 20's, 50's or 100's (have several pics of the green backs I keep).

Politely tell them, they get the cash after your dick is rammed down their throat or crammed up their Pussy!.

I get a kick out of the responses, accusing ME of being the SCAMMER! (LOL).

Extremely surprising from what I've heard from people who've been to Tuscon and what Shy Nine said. You think it would the other way around since Phoenix is much bigger and supposedly faster city. Definitely will be going there. I still will warn people about Phoenix though. I don't want them to waste money and time. That's what this forum is for.

They have closed curtains at Venom all the time for there VIP. The only time they'll enter is if your time pager has expired, or a dancer turns the flashing red light on when she's in trouble. Raiders and Curves isn't so private, but they really don't care if the fun fun is happening. As long as the club is making money and the dancers are paying the necessary employees they will always look the other way. Tds East is similar to that as well. And I'm assuming that Tds West is the same way, but unclear.

Tucson is a good waypoint when taking the Amtrak to BUR because there is a direct stopping point there at the airport there.

I never ask these strippers what their plans are. I mean personally I'm not into talking to them like that. I've had strippers here in Phoenix get mad at me because I cut them short. I have an agenda. Either you are sucking or fucking or go the fuck away. In Phoenix, Vegas and Cali from my experience, they love to find that sucker that will chat them up and pay them for doing that. I once had a dumb ass stripper tell me she got paid $300 from a guy just from talking to her. She was from Phoenix, so I was like I bet you expect that to happen regularly. I asked her how many times has that happened for you. She was like 3 times. I thought she was lying, but overall three times and you expect that some idiot will do that do you consistently?

I think Tuscon will be the spot for me as long as I live in AZ. I checked out the thread and it's some good info and way more people posting on their that have great stories. On the Phoenix thread there are only like three members that consistently post, but they have very lame and uninteresting info.

A short comment which got out of hand:

The Phoenix area is not a "Strip Club Destination". Dancers sometimes move to AZ because of the lower cost of living but then many are shocked to find the clubs don't pay well. Many hot dancers go elsewhere if they have no ties or obligations here. I've known some sexy dancers who moved to clubs in Atlanta, Miami, and pre-Harvey Houston. As DN suggested, you'll have to sample local clubs to find gems. IMO the dancers who are not originally from Phoenix may be more open to transactional arrangements because they have no local (family) ties who could disapprove of the activity. I agree local dancers may require more socializing. Yes, you may have to treat them more like girlfriends to convince them you're not LE, an alcohol bureau inspector, a pimp-wannabee, psychopath, or stalker. They may also be more aware of the social conservatism and the accompanying LE enforcement in Phoenix. (I know a local dancer whose in-club activity (not with me, damit) this year drew a $1000 fine and she had to engage a lawyer to fight it).

There are some dancers out there who do the clubs for all their income but they are a small minority. Many are supplementing income from other jobs and a small number are local college students. There are a lot of single parents out there dancing while their kids are in school, day care, or being watched by an SO or relative. Realistically, dancing is a lot like a professional athletic career. Eventually, there will be an endpoint. The older dancers tend to extend their careers through augmentation; personality; persistence or aggression; and occasionally more GFE. The smarter dancers plan ahead for a post-dancing career.

So, if you're pining for the great times in Miami, Atlanta or Houston, you're unlikely to duplicate that in Phoenix. Either book a flight, or get out to the Phoenix clubs and find those gems.

Personally, I like to find dancers who are personable, give me a thrill, treat me nice, and don't try to drain my wallet when I see them. In return, I become a repeat customer, treat them nicely, buy them drinks, and not be a tightwad. This approach has opened many possibilities for me. You may have other opinions.

As for what I post, I've mentioned before that I try to be discreet and not associate particular acts with named dancers, and sometimes try not to be too specific about the club. I know for a fact LE monitors this forum and I don't want to figuratively hang neon signs somewhere pointing to particular dancers. I may say a dancer unzipped me and wanted to bareback on the fourth song but I'm not going to say her name or the club. Occasionally I reply to PMs from regular veteran posters.

The situation in Tucson is completely different. It appears LE down there doesn't really care a whole lot unless a club has a shooting or becomes a drug den. AFAIK only one club has been shut down in the last 20 years. Later it was resurrected under a new name but the club continues its wild reputation.

I would say all your points are correct. It's just shocking to see that this is one of the biggest cities in the USA operates like it was a bible belt town in Beaufort, South Carolina solely regarding the strip club scene. IMO I think the LE thing is a stretch. You guys are giving yourself a little too much credit. Most likely you have somebody who views this forum and goes reports to LE. I definitely think that is most likely the scenario from what of some posts I've read in this forum. The whole treating them like gf's and over paying is crazy. You may as well go to another bar. You can get the convo and everything without treating like a gf. I stay away from the ones that talk money every other sentence because they are usually scammers. It is what it is.
