Heard the Centerfolds purchase was made by two parties: 1) owners of Candy Store, 2) owners of Hi Liter (and Bandaids and Essex). The liquor license is being held up due to Hi Liter.

Apparently Hi Liter had their liquor license suspended, yet they remain open as it is reviewed. Reasoning is extras in the VIP.
