I am enjoying all of the official law conversation about buildings that have naked women and sometimes alcohol. I guess tits and ass in your face does get a little boring. I think Hi Liter is still the only place worth visiting in Phoenix.

Actually the SOB is fairly easy to get. Now the liquor license, that is a different story. Those are really hard to get. Note how the new owners of Centerfolds were able to get a SOB fairly quickly but are still fighting city hall to get the liquor license. They may never get a liquor license, it is possible. The zan's have a ton of money owning several strip clubs in Arizona and New Mexico.

You think a sob license would be hard to obtain if one is taking over an existing biz that should have one and is in an area for it, but never obtained? Would the city frown upon the established biz not previously applying, even if it is now new owners? No alcohol involved.

Yes indeed, Liquor license with sob license is very difficult. As long as the building is already permitted as a sob and grandfathered in, you can get the sob license easily. It's Getting a NEW sob license issued for a NEW location that is very difficult. If it were so easy, you would be seeing a lot of all nude clubs opening up. Notice how all of clubs out here have been around for quite some time. No new sob licenses.

How hard in phx is it to get sex oriented biz license. Would it be smart to take over a biz that does not have one but is in operation now?

Blue Moon Lounge, Hi liter and Bandaids are the only places I've gotten high mileage from.

BML more consistently than the others but the talent is lacking in the looks dept.

Bandaids had been off and on and they have decent women sometimes and better looking than most at BML.

Hi liter has by far the best talent but usually the hardest working girls aren't the top tier in looks.

I've heard you can have fun at chicas but I've been there about 5 times and never had anything worth writing about, maybe it's because I'm not Hispanic.

Rarely are the hot dancers and reasonably priced UHM extras in the same club. Usually you got to pick one or the other.

Hello fellows here is a report on my last visit to Chicas. Stop by on a Thursday at around 130 pm place was decently crowded. Saw a few new dancers along with the Cuban regulars and a exquisite ebony skin Dominican cutie. I was hoping to get sone dances but she was very busy. I did see my fave Estrella. I always enjoy her attention and this visit was no exception. Got to love those two $5 dances at the top of each hour. I did enquired about my other fave Alondra as I have not heard from her at all. I was informed that she has not been to the place since December. It a shame as she was one of my faves. Also a quick praise to the guy tending bar. He responded quickly and politely. Aside from one of the servers was pasing flyers for the new place on 32th and VB formely BM2 now I think its Tubo or something like that. After that I headed to BM and saw a new gorgeous ebony girl. Was not able to get a dance as she was very popular with the few patrons here. Aside from her I saw the tall blond Maya and another small BBW that went by Morena. Didn't get dances as the one I wanted was never available. Day shift seems to remain as it has normally although I did hear that one of the girls did get arrested inside the club for soliciting, a cute petite ebony went by Un1 qu3 not sure if it's true but that was the story. Anyhow that's the summary for now have fun be careful.

Haven't been to Phx in two years but was there this week for work and had to visit the local ladies. I would say in general these Phx clubs are not heavy extras focused like some in L. A. , Atlanta or Miami but offered decent value and hot women.

Bourbon Street on a Monday evening at 12 midnight was surprisingly full, not crowded. As mention by many, slim, white, beautiful women, mostly with bolt-ons. Got a few dances from a hot AA with nice, large natural D tits. She was nice, had great skin, did not do a good job at the LD. Basically 2 positions back and forth. Got to use my hands but no repeat in future. Next was this mixed beauty claiming Persian, Spanish, Italian background. I can sort of believe it given our conversation. She had long legs and this Hebrew saying tattooed down her spine. Very sensual dancer. She know how to keep me there. Sorry can't remember names.

HL- Wednesday 11 pm. I forgot how much I liked this place. More Latinas in the mix and just a party atmosphere. 30 seconds after sitting down, the hottest blonde called Winter (I think she may have been AA mixed) in a sling slathered herself on me. Offered some extensive menus in VIP and would have taken a regular LD in the booths but she asked for $50 per sone for "more than a dance". Yeah, heard that before. No go for me. I then saw this Ukrainian with huge cantilevered tits so I got a couple from her at the normal $25/ dance. She did this thing that limited me to two dances. We got into the booth after the beginning of a song and she said she will be back to start the dance. She just stood at the "entrance' of the LD booths and waited instead of hanging out with me on my lap. I know they get charged for each song, but seems like she could have found a better way to keep me occupied at my seat. I then met a mixed (AA, latina, irish) dancer with big natural DD's. She was a sweet girl and had a beautiful face. Offered $25/ dance or topless 3 for $100. I went for the latter and left satisfied.

Got a tour of the place (seems like they push that), and it was heavily implied that fun could be had in the VIP. But that STARTED at $350! So that was a no-go. Even the private dances started at $100, which is different from what I'd read, but that could be a day vs night thing.

Night shift is not nearly as interesting as day shift. You also need to know who to get a dance from. I wouldn't accept a dance from anyone that's new just in case. I've had a few good dances from new girls but typically it's the veterans that know how to make you happy.
