Visited for a beer Friday. I recognized 2 people but didn't get any dances. But some girls had mask on, not ugly paper ones, decent looking cloth ones that matched their dance ware. Wanted to talk to a girl I hadn't seen in a long time from another club. But she ended up in VIP I guess and I never saw her come out. Decent amount of people but not a lot of energy. Not a place I normally hit so maybe it's normal

Do you remember which girl you saw? I heard it was lousy on Friday.

Ok, so knowing that Dirtys was supposed to be open today, I headed that way. On the way I passed Bandaids and noticed maybe 10 cars, so I tried the front door. Locked! Then tried the back door by the VIP area and was open and could hear discussions on moving furniture etc, Decided to quietly close the door and get out of there. Apparently they are planning to open soon.

Off to Dirtys and noticed maybe a dozen or more cars. Met the door guy who waved me in. They have been open since last Friday with full kitchen etc. At the bar watched several cute AAs enter and stayed for an hour or so.

This place is definitely coming back.

Just a suggestion that we all submit posts of info current to the strip club situation.
Anything that you hear or see is helpful.
Everything has changed and basically modified earlier understanding of the clubs, dancers and activities allowed.
My experience today at Chicas was encouraging but we have a long way to go.
Just a thought.
I do have have dancer friends who will let me know of club openings, restrictions etc and will pass along.

Ok, woke up today and realized I was suffering from "Mongeritis". The cure. I felt would be to get back in the game, so back to Chicas today midafternoon. Better crowd and more dancers. Sat for awhile and even tipped a cute dancer on stage. The dancers seemed to be hanging with their Latino friends. So I began to think I should just bail. Eventually the cute dancer signaled me from across the room and I waved her over. We had some dances which were ok. Not up to Chicas standards but ok. She then had a friend join us and things got hotter. They were both Cuban girls and drained my wallet. No way that I understood their names. Maybe Carol for the cutie who is a dirty blonde dancer. But it was so refreshing after all of this virus crap to have some nice contact with sexy cute ladies.

There is hope for the hobby!

Visited Chicas early this afternoon, not many cars & was temp-checked at the door. I think that the club is going full-throttle with safety procedures to hopefully avoid any legal complications.
Maybe a dozen guys and 2 dancers wearing masks. None of my faves were there.
Definitely a buzzkill for me so I finished my cerveza and left.
On the way back I passed Bandaids (no cars) & Bourbon Street and there were maybe a dozen cars in the lot, but decided that this will just be more of the same and don't frequent this place, so headed home.
I know that a lot of us are being very cautious because of the virus, so the return to normal is a ways off.

I think it's a combination of being extra precautious and for a lot of people a lack of extra disposable income. I live in Tucson and the club seem to be a lot less strict here I've had a few friends that have gone to a few of them and they're not all wearing masks and none of the customers seem to be wearing them either. I'm staying out for a while because I'm taking care of an elderly parent and don't want to take the chance at the moment. I'm glad to see that it's stricter in the Phoenix area. Play safe. Be safe.

Visited LeGirls with a buddy, last night around 8 pn until 10 pm. They are billing themselves as a "restaurant" to get around the "bar" label. Special is a beer and pizza slice for $5. You could eat a piece of cardboard and enjoy it more. But the Modelo was cold! Had our temps taken at the bar, ALL the girls are in masks. But several came over to talk and the masks slipped down a bit. $20 private dances in their side room. Nothing on the main floor tho. We know the owners and managers so we hung out for a couple hours then split. It was just too weird. I will say, for any ugly dancers with nice bodies, NOW is the time to shake that booty.

I wish they would change their name to Les Girls, I am boycotting until this is resolved.

I would advocate that strip clubs allow customers to check the rectal thermometer readings of the dancers for health reasons of course in case they have been drinking iced drinks which can skew the regular readings.

Field Report, Pandemic Edition, Part 4.

In perhaps February or early March, my SB couldn't get together on a Saturday night but I needed to get out of the house. I made plans.

T&A on Central was my first stop. I'm not sure if this building will survive the building of the South Central extension of the light rail. It will pass directly in front of the club. The city has guaranteed access to businesses during light rail construction but part of the building might be lost for the right-of-way. There is little but a sidewalk between the building and the street. I parked in my "secret" place because the club's lot is tight and there's a chance of being accidentally blocked in or getting a fender-bender in the dirt lot. T&A had a slight remodel since my previous visit. The small stage was updated. They dressed up the tables with white table cloths with glass tops. I let a "host" seat me, gave him a small tip after he placed me right by the stage. I soon moved back to the wall. It was a pleasant crowd. A security guy walked through regularly and asked if everything was good, giving fist bumps or prompting with quizzical looks and thumbs up signs. I felt welcomed. Most of the dancers seemed to be busy with regulars when they were off-stage. Kept myself to one cold beverage. And left for my ultimate destination, Bandaids.

Long time readers of the forum know that Bandaids is my favorite club, followed by Essex. You never know exactly what kind of experience you'll have at any club on any night. However, Bandaids is pretty consistent for what I look for. I like sizing up the women for a nice attitude before committing to dances. The club's culture and layout help with that. The customers are polite to each other, and the security staff do their job of keeping customers and dancers safe and lawful while not crimping the fun. Late Fall or Winter there was a change over in bar staff, with a former woman manager doing that role on nights I was there. I didn't observe her much as a manager but she makes a terrible bartender. As always, YMMV and you have to hope Dale isn't the manager the night you're there. I've talked about him before.

My usual Bandaids experience is running into one or more of my fave dancers and spending most of my entertainment budget. This Saturday night was one of those nights. The club was hosting a PPV event which had concluded. Don't know if it was boxing or something else, doesn't matter, but the place was packed with customers and dancers. I paid my cover and showed my I'd, and just stepped away from the front station when Fave A quickly flagged me down. She says she's changed her number and I acknowledged but didn't act on it. (Mistake 1 that evening) Beverage consumption commenced. Followed by dances with Fave A. Returning to our place at the bar, who shows up but Fave 1 who takes a seat to the other side. Fave A needs to take the stage and Fave 1 employs her knee to get the attention of Little Higgs. Little Higgs insists we need dances with her and gets his way. Fave 1 is indeed one of the tops for me in many ways but I also accept she is a "Zero Sum" person. Meaning, her belief my money spent with another dancer is money lost for her. There are elements of truth to this but I prefer to decide how I allocate my funds. She can hide this attitude well if the club is packed and she's in demand by other customers but I've noticed she gets irritated and even bristles when Fave A is there and the club is slower. So we got our dances. At some point I went to the men's room and on the way back to my place at the bar, I recognized the dancer on the bar stage. Let's call her Miss D and she has a butt you could almost set your drink on when she's standing up. She has expressed a willingness for OTC activities in the past but I never pulled the trigger (no pun attempted). We have been on friendly terms for some time now. I stop at the stage and compliment her hair. She greets me, thanks me for noticing her hair, then says she's changed her phone number. Me, in my beverage fog and secure in the fact I have a SB, sort of nod, smile, tip her, and return to the bar without getting the new number. (Mistake 2 for the night.) Shortly after this I decide I've had enough fun and wanted to go before I was broke, decide to leave for home.
