Returning from a trip up north stopped by Bandaids.
Had a few dances from some new girls who were inviting me to VIP. I bluntly said I don't know you and not sure I would have a good time.
One dancer's response was 'maybe you should visit with one of the Cubans'.
Interesting. So I visited with Azul and had a pretty good time.
Learn something every day.
One particular Cuban I really like is Layla at Chicas.

I have been to many clubs in my life. I am so jealous of the guys in Phoenix. You have really amazing clubs.

During my recent extended stay, I visited the following.

BSC.

SR. Dirtys.

Chicas (twice).

Bandaids (twice).

T&A.

Worst was T&A. I left within 10 minutes. The lineup (atleast on that day) did nothing to me. Actually, was a turnoff.

Next worst was SR. Dirtys - there were only 2 of them present when I went, and only one of them was kinda good.

Now. The better ones.

Chicas. My favorite amazing mileage. Did not realize possible at clubs. My hand was allowed to wander. Pretty much anywhere with couple of different girls. In general, the quality was average, but few diamonds. Be aware I like petite (smaller the better) women with a cute butt, a sweet face and natural small breasts.

Bandaids. My second favorite. Not as much mileage as Chicas. But the girls were still very friendly. The bouncers keep an eye (not close, but do keep track).

BSC. Very cute girls, decent mileage, (not as much as bandaids or Chicas), but MUCH more than most other cities.

Can't wait to plan another trip.

If I lived in Phoenix, I would be broke in no time!

Please let me know where you are from. So I never visit a strip club there. If you think Phoenix is great. The strip clubs must be pretty bad where you live. Glad you had a good time here though.

BigTim47 noted that he, Dave and myself had a rendezvous at the Hi Liter on a Wednesday night in November. I arrived about 9:30 PM and joined BigTim and Dave at a central table not far from the front door. The Hi Liter used to be my preferred club many years ago. Not so much anymore. Purely anecdotal evidence on my part but over time the dancer profile seem to lean more toward refugees from the BSC. More augmented breasts. Not all but a higher percentage. I was horrified earlier in 2017 to discover one of my top dancers here had some work done and now sported hardened boobs. Now on to the important parts of this visit. At least what I was learning while Dave and BigTim were getting lap dances and cuddling with various dancers.

BigTim had warned me about a particular persistent dancer he met earlier that week at the Hi Liter. Seated at our table, BigTim said something like, "here she comes now. " Moments later she was plopped on my lap. I recognized her. We used to have some very nice conversations. Turns out she had her third child that year and her "mom bod" was not as nice as it used to be. I've seen some dancer stomachs that showed a lot of damage after having children and this dancer's stomach was nothing like that but her body is a bit more amorphous than it used to be. IMO, she's become more aggressive to compensate. Our conversation turned to the city's crackdown on the club. This dancer was an eyewitness to one of the events. She said, one evening she was seated at a table talking with a customer when police entered the club and left with three dancers. The understanding was this had to do with in-club behavior with customers.

This dancer introduced me to another dancer at the club. This second dancer stated that she herself received a fine of $1000 for activities with a customer at the club. She had to engage a lawyer because if the legal penalty was sustained she would have risked losing her day job. (Deboinair: I'd be glad to introduce you two so you can hear what she says first hand.).

Others club visits during this time period:

Bliss: dropped by this club on a Wednesday night. What a disappointment. Three customers at a table with two of the three club dancers. The other dancer was at the bar with another customer (not me). The three dancers were nice enough but not good looking enough to turn heads. Add me, the bartender and two unneeded security guys at the front door and that's everyone at the club. Had my beverage and departed.

Chicas: I'm glad some of you are having luck at this club. I can only drop by certain evenings and I've been disappointed repeatedly. Took a chance one night on a dancer who was using the name "Latina". Initially she appeared to have interesting cheek bones and adequate body. During the dances over along the wall her makeup under UV lighting created a ghoulish appearance. Also, though she appeared to have natural breasts, her butt seemed to be augmented. I've put Chicas on my semi-annual or annual visit list.

Essex: every night is "theme" night a this club with drink specials typically starting at 9 PM. I can't remember them all but Wednesday night is Latino night, and Sunday night is "Girls night out" night. Can't remember all the other themes. Drinks are typically $1 for house brands. Sometimes specials for Patron or other premium brands. Wednesday nights can sometimes get crowded. I was there one Wednesday and, instead of hanging out at the bar, sat at a table near the second stage. Sipping my beverage I was joined by latina Carina. She said she was drawn by my cerebral manner. She then indicated that she wouldn't normally be seen at a club like this but would be more suitable to the scene at BSC. She was visiting from Vegas and described the club she worked at there. (dancers in long gowns, pairing with customers at the door on entry). Managed to get rid of her but was soon joined by another dancer. Once I described the kind of dancer I was looking for, she took the hint and departed. One night I was getting discouraged and decided to visit the men's room before leaving. Taking care of that, I was passing the DJ's station when a voice said "hello. I've been waiting for you. " Dancer Rhythm and I moved over the elevated area near the second stage. Nice dances. I've had some decent dancers in recent weeks. One dancer for me to check out again is Mina (Meena?) Obviously new to the game, she's still learning the fast / slow choices. She was wearing an incredibly skimpy neon yellow bikini-style costume. I'm afraid the rest of the names may be lost in the cosmos. One issue is still the $10 versus $15 rate in the raised area. I believe several dances that used to be at Essex have moved to Jaguars. I might have to visit that club in the near future to check.

Dirty's: this place is definitely hit or miss for me. Some nights I will discover a very hot dancer. I often stop by this club if things aren't going well at Essex or Mink's. Last week I met Trinity. Seemed nice enough at first but the dances were almost zero contact. Another night meet Maya (a name lately popping up at various clubs) who was very nice for dances.

Minks: this is the place on Grand, NW from Indian School. I gather that dancers can show up here and start with no audition. However, dancers tell me that the "tip out" and house fees can add up. Again, hit or miss. I don't get here much and it's a different line up of dancers each time.

I googled the address on google maps. Found out just where it was, but the name "Nubian dancers" shows up on the map.

I made the trip Sunday evening to go direct to the source. The sign outside says Nubians Dancers. No punctuation, no apostrophe. Now, I can sense the grammarians on this forum are contorting in agony but that's what it says.

Old name for the club or new name??

This place has been under so many different owners over the years that it is hard to keep track of. For those of you that have been in Phoenix a long time it is the old Rumper Room. For a while it was Los Adelitas then it was Blue Moon West and then Velvet, then Strokers and now this new incarnation.

So BigTim, there's your answer. I only recognized a couple of those names.

The demographics in the area have changed and no longer will sustain a strip club. They will continue to find suckers out there that will rent the land (the land is owned by the same people that own the land the Blue Moon sits on) but it will always fail. There is not enough income in the area to support it anymore. I will guess the current incarnation will maybe last at most 1 yar.

Not only that but the management is hurting itself. I dropped by last Sunday. Originally I wanted to simply answer BigTim's question. But not before spending a little time at Essex just up the road. Well, up the road, and round the corner, and up that road too. So, I pull into the parking lot for "Nubians Dancers" and thought, "Hey, I'm here anyway, let's head inside. " Go to the door, pull, nothing. It's locked. It doesn't make sense. It's midnight and they're supposed to be open to 4 AM. Then this guy opens the door from the inside and says they're closed. Re-opens tomorrow a 1 PM. This not the way to develop regular clientele. I've put out some inquiries. I'll get more info.

I dropped by a major chain theatre in Scottsdale to see an Academy Award nominee. After the film, I was pretty tired and not really in the mood for strip clubs but sometimes we have to do things to help the community. (LOL) So, take this report with a grain of salt, considering my mood for the evening. I may have been transmitting "don't bother me" vibes. With this mood, I decided to hit a couple of clubs I hadn't seen for awhile.

Bones: I headed for Bones (formerly Babes) because I hadn't been there since the change of ownership and remodel. Arrived around 9:30. Bones' basic interior is not greatly changed. The only real changes include the connection of the two stages into one elongated and shallow "J" shape, and the wallpapering of the entryway with rock and roll posters. Not a big change IMO. Near the outside entry is a sign saying "Rock and Roll Strip Club". Same entry fee of $10 on a Sunday night which is a rip off considering there were 3 passable dancers hanging out at the bar and talking. A couple more appeared from the back, presumably to start the their shift. I was the third customer, the other two seated at a table by the stage. One of new dancers flashed a smile in my direction but she was the only one who seemed to notice I was there. The bar maid was very slow in breaking off conversation to even ask if I wanted to a drink. If she had taken any longer, I would have just left, written off the cover charge, and not wasted any more time or money. Not much here on a Sunday night. As Babes, I usually would encounter a charmer to tempt me but not tonight at Bones. Time to leave. I could have gone a mile south to visit Skin but, been there, done that. Headed west on Thomas Rd to the next club.

Sugar 44: I haven't been here for quite a while. The good news here tonight was the bartender / manager. Usually that role in my visits is a jerk who acts like he's doing me a favor in filling my drink order. Instead, the bartender tonight had normal courtesy and promptness. It was probably the same on my last visit but I noticed that the lighting around the couch / lounges on the east side was much more subdued than I remembered. Ditto on the little lounging area in the SE corner. The dancers didn't look particularly special. Usually there is some truly over-the-hill dancer who pesters me for a dance and gets huffy when I say no. I didn't have that problem this evening. One beverage and it was time to move on. On Thomas, I genuflected as I passed BSC, spiritual home for BigTim, and continued West.

Bandaids: arrived perhaps around midnight. Usually this club has something to offer for me but lately it's been a disappointment. It's probably that occasional cycle when there are few new exciting dancers. I was in a dark mood and the dancers there did little to perk me up. I texted Fave 1 and said I was looking for her. She replied that she was at another club that evening and I departed Bandaids for the other place. Definitely improved my mood.

Never buy a drink for a dancer that is not your favorite or have good history with. When a stripper comes up and asks for a drink I always tell them no. I'm automatically turned off when they do that. I think right away that her services will suck not in a good way.

A good policy to follow. I might add, it might be OK if it's a dancer you'd like to eventually have a history with ;-)

I stopped in Highliter the other day to unwind a bit. I watched a reasonably attractive gal sit on a guys lap for a while making conversation and only had one or two dances. She approached me later and sat on my lap which was nice because I just wanted to relax. She ask if I would buy her a drink and I said sure even though I had limited funds that day. She ordered a "Dirty Shirley Temple with Grey Goose". She had to go on stage and would return. The drink came and the charge was $13. I was amazed. She came back and I told her I hoped she was getting commission on the drink. Spe apologized and said the waitress must have overcharged me. Plus her dance was not that great. I don't remember her name. Rather tall with small tits, one side was a little droopy.

Hi Liter has ridiculous drink prices. They go up every year it seems. If you are there before 7 you can get well 2 for one. Everything else is over priced. I typically do my drinking at scores due to their drink specials. One drink per club after that when I club hop.
