On Pac
On Pac, saw not more than 2 SWs, not regulars. One looked very strange in looks, obviously smiled at the cars passing by and constantly on her cell phone. Too many unmarked cars around, circling. She was walking but not too far from the fast food area. Just when I came around, saw 3 LE marked cars parked.
Not my day.
