I've been to the tenderloin and civic center many times. Now, there is nothing obvious there. You might find a meth head or homeless person but they are so hard to differentiate between the other action happening in the neighborhoods.

First off, shout out to DonTrask. I didn't know you made it out to the bay / the SF forums, but great to see such a legend here. I walked past Capp the other day. That place is big-time blocked off. From what I heard, the only ladies working that street these days are 5-O. The street is so well blocked off it makes me wonder how emergency vehicles can get down there. How to the cop cars get down there to bust anyone dumb enough to pick up a plain-clothe officer is beyond me.
