Took a stroll through Mission, and Tenderloin / Polk Gulch area. This isn't thorough but just a short list of some things I saw.

Mission:

Capp from 17th-21st was active. I saw 3 HSW, 2 WSW (very attractive and they seemed to be friends), and 1 BSW. Then, on Shotwell 18th-20th was active, although LE was present on 20th and Shotwell and seemed to be talking to a younger lady on the sidewalk. Nevertheless, there were 2 HSW's at the corner of 18th and Shotwell and 1 BSW right across the street. Still a pretty active night considering it was getting a little chilly out.

Tenderloin:

Larkin from Post to Sutter had about 3 HSW, and 1 tranny. Notably, there was one HSW with MASSIVE tits sucking on a lollipop. You could see those tits from two blocks away.

I didn't partake in any action. Just reporting what I saw.

It sounds like it's waking back up a little-- I haven't driven through in a while, But I heard the mayor publicly stated an intent to leave SW's alone and focus on other issues. I am wondering if that will bring activity back to the area.

I was in the Union Square area for most of this week. With no transport I decide I would take a different approach to finding a bit of fun. I have never walked an area to try and find a good experience. I do enjoy experiencing an area by getting close to the people that live there. As I took my walkabout the first night it got real very quickly. Before anybody flames me I know I put myself in what some people would consider dangerous but I never during the week ever once felt that way.

This was a 5 for 5 week. First night I walk to Hyde off of O'Farell. Down past Ellis and Eddy and around. Was not long before I spotted a very tall blonde messing with her phone. I watched her for awhile as she slowly walked down hyde before I approached. She was in her 30's and had a smoking body. We chatted, she was needing to pay rent and I was able to help. She had a place nearby that we got a room for an hour. Into the room and once I saw her without clothes I knew I had scored. Great BBBJ and CFS. I was very surprised at what I had found.

I was out working Saturday night, as my screen name implies.

Capp was hella active 17th to 23rd, and Shotwell 16th to 23rd. Lots of good looking BSW and LSW, one cracked out looking WSW.

HOWEVER.

Uncle LEO is out heavy on SVN between 15th and 18th, and Folsom between 16th and 20th. Seems like they like to let you think the tracks are clear, just to light you up with the friend you've just made as soon as you make the turn. Have not seen much on Larkin by the 600 to 800 blocks. And, the transvestites were on Sutter St. And Polk St.

Born and raised in SF (now living in the Pacific NW) but it seems once RB shutdown the SW scene has also shutdown or at least finding places online to get a lay of the land of how things are looking.
