Not at all bro, just providing any relative identifying characteristics because I'm asking about info on a particular walker. Like this morning, that same walker was same corner 0615, red crossback bikini, rather muscular legs for a "woman."

After my original post, I took a look at the Hawaii revenge porn law (the one that classifies the offense as a Class C felony), and there's no requirement of having "had a relationship with the person who he / she has pictures of".

That law does exclude images made "pursuant to a voluntary commercial transaction". However, police and prosecutors aren't required to believe a guy about that point, and the alleged victim can make different claims (for example, saying the payment was for sexual services only, not photos of her, or saying that the photos were taken under duress). It's a potential mess that might be better to avoid.

I drove by Pali Longs tonight around 8:30 pm and there she was. I didn't know who she was until she came up to my door. She looked different than when I seen her a month ago. This could get messy real fast. True if you are not work for hire then the moment you take a picture the copyright becomes yours. Useage is a different story. To use the picture to receive any form of compensation now becomes the issue. Did you get a legal release signed by the subject? We're they more than 18? Add to that if a threat exists forcing a subject to act in a certain way or provide a service or provide any value consideration then you just entered the world of blackmail. It gets messy.

Crackers Batman! Never thought she would go off, but it is the business she chose and as a client, we partake. Had the situation for me more so than I can remember! It might be advisable to review the laws against so-called "revenge porn," or consult a lawyer about those laws, before posting on the internet nude or sexual photos of a woman who objects in advance to the photos being posted. I'm not saying your proposed post would violate any such laws (I don't know), but in that type of situation it could be better to be safe than sorry.

This is good advice. Just let it go and move on. Any type of "revenge" with a pissed woman will ALWAYS backfire and get worse.
