Funny you should say that, because I just got lucky for the third time. 4:45 am, she was coming out of the liquor store on Maunakea between Pauahi & Beretania. I didn't recognize her at first because of the light, and also because she seemed to be tweaking; her walk and demeanor were completely different. At about 11:00 last night (Saturday), I saw a slender woman in Chinatown who was presumably Elaina. She fit the above-quoted description, including the "men's hat and multicolored yoga pants," and was at the mauka / Diamond Head corner of the Maunakea Street / North Pauahi Street intersection. However, I didn't attempt to speak with her because she was walking with some other guy. At the time of this post, the three posted sightings of her occurred on Bishop and Beretania Streets, the intersection of North King Street and River Street, and the intersection of Maunakea Street and North Pauahi Street, which are all away from the standard South Kukui Street / North Kukui Street mongering area, so guys looking for her might want to keep that in mind.
