Self serve can be ubject to interpretation I guess. I doubt it would make it in front of a jury. I don't think the stakes are high enough. Pay the fine and go.
Next question if you have time. Hypothetical situation undercover cop goes into the room. It's all legit in the beginning. He reaches for her ass cheek she moves away. He reaches again this time she doesn't move away because she thinks "! It's going to be okay you can't be a cop, right?" She feels like it's a safe bet to give him an HE. Can he do that? Or is that entrapment?

But what about the old "I'll help you" techniques on self serve? Are they really allowed to massage your scrotum for the base of your cock? Many of them believe there's nothing wrong with that. As long as they don't touch the shaft or the head they feel like it's okay.
Then afterwards they take a hot towel and masturbate you with it anyways! So what are the legal implications of that even?
Or, what about a total self-serve where the guy does it himself? Should the girl even be in the same room? What liability does she have even if she doesn't touch?
Looking forward to your reply!

I know I saw an explanation somewhere but I can't find the post and the search feature didn't either, so what are the meanings of L1, L2, etc?

Concerning massages. If I pay an unliscensced "bodyworks" specialist for a straight up legit massage is it illegal?

Many mongers and the ladies seem to think that simply by asking if the client or the lady is a cop or other law enforcement, that the officer has to answer truthfully. NOT TRUE! Cops undercover are permitted by law to lie. It is not entrapment, because the monger or the does intend to purchase / sell her services, and doing so is a crime. Entrapment only works when the person is enticed into the illegal conduct. In other words, but for the conduct of the officer, the person would not have committed the act.
Even fondling the provider's breasts, or other body part doesn't protect you. Allowing the monger to fondle is a consensual act and not a crime. But soliciting her favors is. Once you ask for rates or offer to pay you commit the crime independent of anything else.
My advice: meet your ladies only on referral of trusted friends, these fori, or another provider. Forget BP and CL unless you can confirm independently, that the erstwhile provider is one in fact.
And, yes, I am a lawyer.

I'm afraid you misunderstood me -- go back and read again. I was writing about the former Nancy Rae's Spa, where the women were in fact old (and ugly... shuddering at the memories). I meant no disrespect toward you or any other provider originally hailing from Racine.

Yyyw? You from Racine? I have been living here all my life, you said something to the fact that escorts in Racine are old? I don't think so. Excuse me if I'm wrong about you saying that, please illiterate. I mostly work out of Madison, and Greenbay and sometimes Milwaukee. I think the Racine area does not have alot of traffic anyway for escorts.
Kenosha is a good area to work in.

You can play the passive role "letting the provider leed and call the action to be played" or play the dominate male aggressive role "and you call the shots of service" so long as full consent is maintained what's the difference? It's just a individual choice you should have the freedom to make but most escorts, escort agencies, massage parlor, ect, don't go along with this way of thinking and most likely why Lefty favored SW's to get it done his way and most of us cheered him on. so go figure.
