Drove by on Sunday around 4:30 and it was chaos in the streets. I saw a cop run up with his gun drawn on a driver of an SUV, another man appeared to be trying to record it on his cell phone but was getting too close and upsetting the cop. There were other police cars flying to the scene, dancers & customers outside the bar watching, a car at the intersection of Cassatt & Beaver had hit & knocked down a concrete post, not sure if that was coincidence or somehow a part of the other chaos!
