There's a small area of a few square blocks just north of Sistrunk and west of Andrews that's a relative hotbed. Maybe half a dozen nondescript WSW, rail-thin, and a couple of BSW. I've picked 2 WSW in the last month, and one off Sunrise just north of there--all mediocre, probably wouldn't repeat.

I'm 95% positive it was a sting, the LEO only had his headlights on but was tucked back enough that you could only see him if he was directly to your right. It was 2 buildings past the girl, and why would this girl be out walking in a circle in a parking lot in front of a strip mall with closed businesses at that time of night? She had on all baggy black clothing. The business she was walking in front of was definitely not open and wasn't going to be opening as this was during the lock down and were not essential businesses.
