The girl in that pic is Tammi, she has been working in the LA area for a long time. Never knew her to change her name, even after taking off for a long time. It could be her, not the same number but similar and her LA ads did stop right before the Deja ads appeared in SD. First thing I do when I enter a hotel room is check it out to make sure that there are NO surprises waiting for me. Look behind the door, under the bed, and in the bathroom.
Had he done this he would not have been taken by surprise and could have gotten out of the room without loosing any money.
As far as the age of the girl goes, if she presents herself as an ADULT in the ad, and looks to be of age, and since he did not do anything he is in the clear for now. The one thing you don't want is to have your name put in the system. If this goes to trial it could get uncomfortable for him.

LA MESA – A 34-year-old man was robbed at knifepoint after he responded to a Craigslist ad for adult services, and police arrested a man and a teenage girl who met him at the motel Monday night.
The man went to the Heritage Inn on Fletcher Parkway near Baltimore Drive shortly after 10:35 p.m., police said.
He met a 17-year-old girl at the motel and engaged in brief sexual touching. He gave her $100 for additional services when a man wearing a ski mask brandishing a knife came out of the bathroom, police said.
The man ran out of the room, leaving his money behind, and called police.
Police found a 19-year-old man and the girl trying to drive away from the motel parking lot and took them into custody on suspicion of robbery. The man was booked into County Jail on $100,000 bail. The girl was released to a parent.
The robbery victim is not facing any charges, said police Lt. Matt Nicholass.
