I have a friend who lives off of Phillips and the other day was helping her out when she said be careful of activity around Wally World. She said it was rumored that Our fav Uncle was staging stuff there with vice girls and that they had a bunch of cop cars behind a big office bldg on the east side of Phillips going north (so that would be on the right side going from University towards Emerson for our out of town readers.

So being nosy, anytime I am out that way I drive behind the building to look. So far, nothing. Just now (1:15pm) I drive by and there 3 regular JSO cars. 2 unmarked Chevy's with tinted windows, another one pulling in and a tow truck. The LEO guys were all standing around talking, the unmarked card had undercover looking guys and there was one WSW standing on the other side of Gator Lodge looking for some lovin and it just smelled like a bar be q fest. Not wanting to be part of the meal, I did a quick U turn and got out of there, went to the north end of the building and eased my way down the corner to where I could watch. It could have been JSO's finest taking a break and discussing the spread on the Jags / Miami game, but my money was on a sting operation of sorta like my friend described.

This morn around 4:30 am there were 3 WSW and 1 BSW on Arlington Road between the expressway and Rogero Road.

Forgot to mention Christine. Older petite blonde, said she was 42. Picked her up in dark because she had nice body. IMHO, she did not look 42. Parked and she vacuumed in the car for me, $20. Right now Main St. Downtown and Timaquana / 103 on the west side are the only active spots in jax to my knowledge. Phillips hwy is historically the busiest SW area but LEO has shut it down as of recent. It's way too hot to monger there at this point. Good luck.
