Your looking in the wrong place.

To find the Full reports you have to go to each county's website individually to find them in the past.

And what I seem to notice is that news paper reports say who was arrested and what the charges were for, and they have the dates but when you look to see the arrest report there is none. One well know companion was picked up late last year and her name made the news but there was no arrest report to view. Her last report was for from 2020 and was for other violations.
