Under the radar. Usually referring to someone who doesn't post or doesn't post often. Generally goes by word of mouth and referrals, etc.

What does UTR stand for? It's not in the abbreviations. "Untried talent"? I don't know.

I made a post a few weeks ago and Jade responded. Little hispanic, small boobs, little bit of a belly. Charged $65 for CFS. Also did BBBJ and a little DATY too. Not bad for some budget play. I've seen her a few times.

It probably was especially after her initial "200 for all night". There is another girl who posts in both GR and Lansing and she wanted 200 up front and 200 more at end of date. Apparently some guy went thru and got ripped cause he posted an ad on CL to watch out for her. The old adage if it sounds to good to be true or to outrageous it's probably a rip off.

Anyone see her? I think she posts later in evening and lists Portland as location. Doesn't show face in pic but thin body looks good with bra and panties on. Small titties and nice bumper it looks like. She responded very quick last night after I sent pic but when I told her I was in GR and would need to meet up another time (it was 1 am and wasn't up for an hour drive) she stopped communicating.

Its not real. Its some guy who is a pic collector. Once he gets your pic he will stop texting you back. I called him back a month after he stopped texting and he answered and that's how I found out.
