Any site that lists a personals section is at risk. I think this might be the final nail that could get Backpage's personals shut down. The plan is to make the website legally liable for any underage trafficking. As such, if a person is arrested or thinks they may have been harmed, the site could be sued. But this doesn't stop with just those sites, any cam site is also liable since a slightly underage teen could be doing a video for Chaturbate or Jasmin, and even the Secret Benefits site are potentially culpable. The sites will drop the services because the liability risk may be too big even if they have an age confirmation tool.
