Yes, illegal but never enforced. The prices over there started to go up after the 1988 Olympics and have ever since. "Hooker Hill" area of Seoul could easily be a great night for .3 or .4 back in 1991.

The girl licked me all over starting from my toes. After a good 20 minutes of that, she asked me whether on top or bottom. I went mish then finished K-9. For about $1. 4, it was the best experience of my life. See, the room had everything in it, plus the girl was incredibly hot and probably in her early 20's. FYI: I know this to be true in many places of South Korea. Back in 1990's, a good hair cut, back massage, and quick hand release was .1 plus any tip you felt generous about (.01-.02). Really good half and half service was .4 an hour by totally hot young SP.

Long time lurker first time poster so please go easy on me. Stopped in at Majic Health last week. Rang the bell and knocked until someone finally came to the door. That sucks. It was my old reliable for a nice table shower, relaxing massage and a happy ending. No harm done. That plaza is pretty busy lately and one of the businesses may have complained. I don't think it would have been targeted otherwise. Does anyone have any inside info?
