I did some analysis based on Detroit open crime database (based on 2021 Jan.- August data only).

It seems the major police activities are in:

1, Nolan (john are, 144 arrests).

2, The Eye (telegraph /7 mile, 76 arrests).

3, Claytown (Michigan ave, 72 arrest).

There is no arrests reported on Mondays and Sundays. Very few on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

The hours seems concentrate during 6 pm to 5 am.
