High crime area, parked in a place where people don't usually park, near a gas station with recent larceny police reports.

You might be able to sue over a stop, but I highly doubt that you will find a lawyer who will invest thousands in expenses and hundreds of hours over a 10 minute traffic stop that results in no arrest.

My point was simply, pay attention to those green lights because they practically announce that they are monitored with cameras. If you park for a BJ under a flashing green light, you're looking for trouble.

I forgot to mention, I wouldn't buy a vehicle with tinted glass. Sun doesn't shine that much up here anyway.

It's funny you mention driving while white. On two different occasions I have been pulled over (not lately) on the pretext that my license plate came up as stolen, which of course was ridicules. Both times the cop came back after checking my license and said he was off by one number on my plate or some total bullshit like that.
