Went cruising down the ave last night around 1800. There was the girl down by Weir and Michigan that I have seen around several times. Sometimes she has a dog. Never tried picking her up, but she seems cute enough and worth looking into. Anyone know if she does dates?

The Viking Motel at Grand River and Temple is still in business, as is the University Hotel on 2nd and Antoinette. I also recall a boarding house on Park north of Temple, around the corner from the Temple; the girls would flag you down from the curb, you'd go in and pay some guy at the door for the room. I also used a couple places on Second. One is still the Boulevard Hostel, near Temple, another around the corner from the Bronx Bar, and another one, a house, just south of Temple.
